To register your child for AWANA, please print and fill out the form below. You may submit the completed and signed form to the church office on Monday, Tuesday or Thursday from 9 to 5; mail it to Solon Center Wesleyan Church at the address listed at the bottom of this web page, or bring the completed form with you to AWANA.
